What we collect

When you send a form on this website we receive:

• the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the product you are interested in and your message;
• the language and page you used;
• technical information for security and spam prevention: your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The public website sets no cookies; the administration area sets one cookie needed to keep staff signed in.

Why we use it

• to answer your request, arrange a demo or prepare a quote;
• to follow up on that request;
• to protect the website against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Your request is stored on our own server and sent by email to the ACE team handling it. We use service providers to run the website: our hosting provider and our email provider. The website does not load anything from other companies’ servers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, and delete them on request.
