Does it support several branches?
Yes. Branches, departments, rooms and doctors are set up per branch, and each user only sees the branches they are allowed to.
Can doctors write prescriptions and diagnoses?
Yes. Doctors record consultations, vitals, allergies, ICD-10 diagnoses, prescriptions and orders in the patient chart.
Does it include laboratory and radiology?
Not yet. Diagnostics (laboratory and radiology) are on the roadmap.
Can we message patients on WhatsApp?
Yes. The WhatsApp CRM provides a shared inbox, templates, reminders and broadcasts through your WhatsApp Business account.
Is billing linked to accounting?
Yes. Invoices, deposits, packages, claims and store movements post to the accounts automatically.
